Midlife changes can be difficult to maneuver- your body changes, your emotions change, and your life may be changing- including your relationships to others. All of the changes can feel overwhelming. Despite the changes that perimenopause and menopause bring, you can learn how to better navigate with those changes.

To help lessen the strain during this very unique period in a woman’s life, we offer a 6 week support group. The group will best benefit women 35+ undergoing perimenopause or menopause symptoms. The group will discuss the challenges and the joys of aging and provide information regarding available coping tips and resources to help women manage the “pause”.

Why Join Our Support Group?

Support groups bring together people who are going through or have gone through similar experiences. They can provide comfort knowing that they are not alone in their experiences and can offer and opportunity for you to learn new information including coping strategies that can be helpful to manage difficult circumstances. We hope to offer you support, encouragement, and tips to help you have a more positive experience as a woman undergoing the different changes of midlife.

So don’t deliberate any further, join our group. We hope to see you there!
