Self Esteem Group 2023
Welcome to our self-esteem group for women! Our group is a safe and supportive space where women can come together to explore their self-worth, boost their confidence, and learn skills to improve their self-esteem. Our group offers a non-judgmental environment where women can express themselves freely and receive encouragement from others who share similar experiences and challenges. Through a variety of activities such as discussions, journaling, and other exercises, we aim to help women develop a positive self-image, improve their communication skills, and strengthen their relationships with others.
Our group explores a range of topics related to self-esteem, including body image, boundaries, self-care, and healthy coping strategies. We believe that by working together, sharing our stories and supporting one another, women can build resilience and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-assurance.

Why Join Our Self Esteem Group?
Therapy groups can bring together people who are going through or have gone through similar experiences. They can provide comfort knowing that they are not alone in their experiences and can offer and opportunity for you to learn new information including coping strategies that can be helpful to manage difficult circumstances. We hope to offer you support, encouragement, and tips to help you have a more positive experience as a new mother.
Worried about how to attend the group? Little or no babysitting help? No worries our group is virtual so you can join in with little reasons to hinder you. Just mute your volume if your little one is demanding your attention.
