We are all connected to one another in different ways. In romantic relationships especially, our desire for our partners can be felt strongly- either in a good or bad way. If we do not feel secure in our relationships that can create tension and conflict that can negatively impact on relationships. In this class we will discuss how to understand attachment styles, how they affect our relationships, and how to create healthy attachment in relationships so that relationships last long and are meaningful.
