Insurance Coverage

We are in network with Emblem HIP, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna,
and Optum (UnitedHealthcare, Oxford, Oscar).

We are an out of network provider with other insurance companies. If you have a PPO plan with a different insurance provider, we can assist you with receiving reimbursement for out of pocket fees paid to the company.

Individual Session Out of Pocket Costs

1 hour sessions are $150
45 minute sessions are $125
30 minute sessions are $85
*An alternative lower option cost is to work with one of our great intern therapists- ask us for more information*.
**Session costs may be provided on a sliding scale for individuals that meet income eligibility**
Couple & Family Session Out of Pocket Costs
1 hour sessions are $175
45 minute sessions are $150

Group Session Out of Pocket Costs
$40 per person for 1 hour 30 minutes

Poetry and other Creative Expression Events:

Wellness Workshops:

Educational Workshop Costs for Organizations:
Workshops can be provided on a one- time basis, or as part of a 2 or 3 part series
1.5 hour workshop= $250.00
2 part workshop series= $500.00
