Vibrant Women Wellness offers inclusive self-esteem group therapy sessions, guided and moderated by licensed mental health professionals.
The event’s goal is to improve confidence and self-esteem, as well as open up healthy dialogue amongst the group’s participants.
Most therapy sessions involve a group of people coming together dealing with similar issues that share their stories and experiences and support one another. The self-esteem group is psycho-educational and is process oriented. Â
This means that the moderating therapist will present evidence-based learning materials to give a basic foundation of the topic and tools to discover the underlying roots of low self-esteem.
By joining the group sessions you will have an enlightening and unique opportunity to receive multiple perspectives, feedback, support, and encouragement from other participants in a safe and confidential environment.
